- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above AED 200. For orders below AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 20 will be applied.

- Cash on Delivery: We offer cash on delivery for all orders, ensuring a convenient and secure payment method. No advance payment is required.

Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. SnapGad will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
